About the event
This education event will be an introduction to native and invasive species and how to identify them. We will be discussing best practice for managing invasive species, and the impact of invasive species on the trail ecosystem, endangered plants, and bird life. The Upper Sugar River watershed Association will be partnering with the Friends of the Badger and Sugar River State Trail, the South Central Invasives Partnership, and The Prairie Enthusiasts to facilitate this program. Please wear show that can get dirty as we will be going outside as a part of this program. Please bring your native or invasive species questions as well!
