About the event
Join Upper Sugar and other science based organizations for an afternoon of science exploration! This event is open to the public and showcases the many ways that anyone can get involved in collecting scientific data. Upper Sugar will have a great activity available that day that helps explain how macroinvertebrates help us determine the health of a stream. There will also be information on how you can get involved in collecting scientific data that is then made publicly available for research, for environmental decision making, and for public knowledge regarding the health of the landscape around them.
